Returns:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Approval:
All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Conditions:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or clearance status. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Delivery Issues:
Cozara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at support@shopcozara.com.
